Who this is for

Lesson Confetti is for parents and guardians who are 18 or older. Children do not have accounts and do not use the app on their own. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

What we store

• Account: your email address and sign-in method (handled by Google Firebase Authentication).
• What you enter: children's first names, ages, learning styles, your zip code and chosen library, plans, favorites, resources, and diagnostic results. You choose what to enter; we suggest first names only.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan status and never see your card number.
• Usage: a count of how many plans you generate each month, to apply plan limits and prevent abuse.

How plans are written

When you ask for a plan, your request (which can include a child's first name, age, interests and your general location) is sent to an AI model (Anthropic's Claude, served through Google Cloud Vertex AI) to write the result. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising.

Who can see your data

Only you, through your signed-in account. Our systems process it to run the service. A small number of authorized people may access it for support or security, only when needed.

Your choices

• Download everything: Menu, Account and plan, Download all my data.
• Delete everything: Menu, Account and plan, Delete my account. This removes your account, children's profiles, plans, collection and resources, and cancels any subscription.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each family's data is isolated by account rules, and sign-in requires a verified email address.
